What data we collect
- Contact form: your name or club name, email, phone number, sport and the content of your message.
- Appointment bookings: additionally, the date and time of your appointment and the service you selected.
- Payments: online payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details — they are submitted directly to Stripe, which operates under its own security standards and privacy policy.
Purposes of processing
- Responding to your enquiries and communicating with you.
- Managing bookings and providing our assessment services.
- Processing payments and issuing the relevant receipts or invoices.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (or steps taken before entering into one — e.g. booking an appointment) and on your consent when you contact us through the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Where your data is stored
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, on servers located within the European Union. Only authorised lab staff have access.
Retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law (e.g. tax obligations).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
