Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the services of 360 Ergometric Tests (Theokritou 3, Nicosia, Cyprus). By booking an appointment or using our services, you accept these terms.

Services

We provide ergometric and physiological assessment services (including VO₂max/CPET, resting metabolic rate, isokinetic assessment, anthropometry and field tests) as well as related guidance services. Assessments are informative for training and nutrition purposes and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Bookings & payment

Online bookings are confirmed with prepayment via Stripe. Cash and cards are accepted at the lab. Separate group pricing applies to clubs and academies by arrangement.

Changes & cancellations

You may change or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, with a full transfer of your prepayment to a new date or a full refund. To arrange a change, call +357 97 962056 or email [email protected].

Preparing for your test

Some tests require specific preparation (e.g. arriving fasted for the metabolic rate measurement). Instructions are sent with your booking; not following them may affect the reliability of the measurement.

Results

Assessment results are made available in your personal account on results.ergometrictests.com. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute.
